APC is Party Of Sadists, Lairs --Patience Jonathan

Wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, Dame Patience Jonathan on
Thursday took the All Progressive Conzgress (APC) to the cleaners
saying that the APC is a party of sadist and liars.

Dame Jonathan spoke while addressing a large crowd of women at the
Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Women for Change Initiative
Presidential Rally 2015, held at the Orerokpe Township Stadium in Okpe
council area of Delta state.

She urged women not to vote for APC during the forthcoming elections
saying that any women who voted for the party is an enemy of itself.

"Any Nigerian woman that carries her card to vote for the APC is enemy
of herself. Come 28 March and April 11, Delta women will take their
destiny into their hands and vote for President Goodluck Jonathan and
Sen. Okowa, to free our husbands, to free our children and to free
ourselves.

"We have been in the cages for too long, we do not want to go back
there. What is the hope for women when everything she does is bad for
the opposition? They want us to go back to the kitchen. Delta women,
the train has reached your point, move the train and anything that
obstructs it, crush it down.

She said: "Remember, 2011 you did it, I know you will do it again and
again. PDP does not lie, when we talk, go verify. We vow to do more
for continuity."

She said that the Jonathan's administration had made the fortune of
women in the country to be bright saying that the present
administration would created more better opportunities for women to
lead if they are returned to office.

The first Lady said that the party (APC) that want to scrap the office
of the First Lady doesn't mean well for Nigerian women saying that the
move by the APC amount disrespect for women and thus they should not
earn the votes of the women folks.

She said that President Jonathan was the only option available for
Nigerian women, maintaining that for continuity's sake and for women
to remain relevant in governance, voting the incumbent President is
the better option.

According to her, any woman who cast her vote for the APC in the
upcoming polls would be counted as her own enemy, and that of Nigeria.

The campaign by Mrs. Jonathan in Delta State was in continuation of
her campaign to solicit support of Nigerian women in the rescheduled
presidential election billed for March 28, 2015.

The rally was attended by Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan; the
gubernatorial candidate of the party, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa; Senators,
House of Representatives members, party aspirants; wives of PDP
chieftains both at the state and national.
