Madonna Slams Lady Gaga In New Song

In the past, Lady Gaga has acknowledged that she owes a significant
debt of gratitude to Madonna, and with good reason.

The 56-year-old Instagram exhibitionist was doing the whole blonde
shock-pop thing before the Mother Monster was even born.

But apparently, Gaga hasn't spent enough time bowing before Her
Majesty's throne recently, because Madonna's latest desperate bid for
relevance involves trying to rope the younger songstress into an
inter-generational war of blonde hatred.

It all started back in 2012 when Madonna claimed Gaga's "Born This
Way" was a rip-off of "Express Yourself." Gaga reveled in the conflict
at first and taunted Madonna about the songs' similarities.

But after that it all seemed to die down, and Gaga likely assumed
there was no more bad blood between mentor and protege. Of course she
failed to take into account just how much Madge loves undeserved
attention:

The Sun reports that Madonna slams Gaga in a recently recorded diss
track entitled "Two Steps Behind Me."

The song - which may or may not wind up on Madonna's forthcoming album
- includes lyrics like, "You're a copycat, where is my royalty."

Other tracks for the album reportedly feature shots aimed at Madonna's
ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.
