Son Reports Jenny McCarthy To Police

Jenny McCarthy's son, Evan is apparently well aware of the dangers of
texting and driving - and is a stickler for following the rules.

While driving in the car with his 12-year-old son, McCarthy sent text
messages. The boy was said to have called the police to report, 'My
mom is texting and driving right now.'

She responded by throwing his phone out of the car to avoid a run-in
with the police.

Apparently, that's not the only time Evan has called police about his
mom. She said she once sneaked out of the house to smoke a cigarette,
and he became anxious when he couldn't find her and called for help.

Jenny explained, "He called 911 and said, 'I am alone in the house. My
mom abandoned me,'

Evan was diagnosed with autism, something that Jenny has been very
vocal about as an advocate for her son.
