4. Detoxifies the body- Carrots have a lot of Vitamin A and this rids the body of toxins by removing bile from the liver and flushing out fat.

5. Carrots keep hair shiny, stronger and helps prevent hair loss.

6. Prevent cancer- Carrots contain Falcarinol which prevents cancer in humans.
