IGP Abba Redeploys 33 Commissioners Of Police

The Inspector General of Police, IGP Suleiman Abba has ordered the
immediate redeployment of 33 Commissioners of Police (CPs) to Commands
and Formations across the country.

A statement Tuesday by the Force Public Relations Officer, acting
Commissioner of Police (CP) Emmanuel Ojukwu, gave the names of the CPs
to include: Danladi Y Mshelbwala from Explosive Ordinance Disposal
Unit (EOD) to Kebbi State.

Others are: Ibrahim K. Idris from Police Mobile Force (PMF) to Kano
State; Shuaibu L. Gambo from Sokoto State to Counter Terrorism Unit,
FHQ; Musa Katsina Mohammed from NIPSS to Oyo State and Usman Tilli
Abubakar from NIPSS Jos to Jigawa State.

They also include: Olufemi David Ogunbayode from NIPSS Jos to Zamfara
State; Waheed Olayikan Salau from Airport Command to NIPSS Kuru, Jos;
Dorothy A. Gimba from NIPSS Jos to Airport Command and Foluso A.
Adebanjo from Edo State to NIPSS Kuru, Jos.

Also redeployed are: Agboola Oshodi-Glover from ICT, FHQ, Abuja to
NIPSS Kuru, Jos; A.K. Shodipo from Oyo State to Special Fraud Unit,
FHQ, Idris Faruk Umar from Jigawa State to CP Intelligence and Usman
Yakubu from Nassarawa State to NIPSS, Kuru, Jos.

The list includes Mohammed Sani Usman from Dept of Planning &
Statistic, FHQ ABJ to Nassarawa State; Ibrahim Adamu from Abia State
to NIPSS Kuru, Jos; Salisu Fagge Abdullahi from Special Protection
Unit (SPU) FHQ ABJ to Sokoto State and Lawal Shehu from Bauchi State
to CP Dept of Finance & Admin, FHQ.

Nyats Nyehsu Jatau from CP Railway Lagos to Taraba State; Tijjani Baba
from Zamfara State to CP Special Protection Unit, FHQ; Mohammed K.
Mohammed from Deputy Commandant Police Staff College, Jos to Bauchi
State and Paul E. Okafor from Kogi State to Bayelsa State.
