Ben Murray-Bruce Blasts Nigerian Politicians, Says They Are Over Paid

Senator-elect representing Bayelsa East and Chairman of Silverbird
group, Ben Murray-Bruce has expressed discontent with the way the
Nigerian government overpays politicians.

The businessman and Silverbird man of the year also blasted the
government for its lavish spending on Nigerian politicians who, he
says do not improve the lives of impoverish Nigerians.

Murray-Bruce, who also reiterated that his intentions for joining
politics were clear stated that, he didn't join politics for money
because he already has enough money for himself.

The politician made his feeling know in a series of tweets posted on
his personal twitter handle; @benmurraybruce.

"A Gov who can't pay salaries has no moral right to a huge convoy or
to guest houses or to a private jet. Your workers must be your
priority!

Murray-Bruce is known for expressing his anger on how politicians are
living in Nigeria. He promised to fight the course of politicians
having their salaries slashed.
