The Director General of the National Orientation Agency, Mr Mike
Omeri, has advised Nigerians to obtain copies of the approved standard
portrait of President Muhammadu Buhari from the Agency's Offices
Nationwide.
In a statement signed by the Spokesman for the Director General of the
Agency, David Akoji, said that "the official portrait of President
Muhammadu Buhari is available for collection in any of the Agency's
office in the 36 states of the federation".
According to Mr Akoji, the portraits are not to be given out for free.
In the streets of Lagos State on Saturday, hawkers at traffic jams are
already selling the portrait of the President, but Mr Akoji stressed
that the portrait being sold on the streets was not the officially
approved one.
