The Real Madrid star was snapped leaving St Tropez's club Le Quai in
the early hours on Monday morning, urinating on the street near some
parked cars.
French police gave him a telling off afterwards, but no further action
was deemed necessary against the Los Blancos striker, who won the
European Golden Boot and the Spanish top scorer award.
The 30-year-old had ben partying with friends, and earlier on Sunday
he had been fishing off of Sir Philip Green's luxury yacht, as well as
diving off of it.
