Buhari Lacks Integrity To Fight Graft --Group

A pro-Jonathan group, Goodluck and Gboyega Youth Movement in Ogun
State, yesterday, said the presidential candidate of the All
Progressive Congress, APC, Gen. Muhammad Buhari lacks the integrity to
fight corruption.

The group which serves as the promoter of President Goodluck
Jonathan's re-election bid and the emergence of the People's
Democratic Party governorship candidate in the state, Prince Gboyega
Isiaka, said Buhari was too weak to fight corruption in the country.

The state coordinator of the group, Fatai Adesegun in his statement
accused the APC of promoting gerontocracy which he said would make the
youths to be in perpetual servitude.

"At 39, Buhari was Head of State and 39 years after, he wants to
return to the same position. Does it mean there are no younger people
to pilot the affairs of the country? Must we go back in time when
other nations are moving forward?

"We shall resist the attempt to institutionalize gerontocracy as being
promoted by the APC," Adesegun said.
